    Its large capacity of 600mL allows you to prepare delicious pâtés and foie gras of 500g.

    This foie gras dish is made of HR® ceramic (High Resistance) which allows to spread the heat evenly for a soft cooking of the pâté or foie gras.

    The press is also made of HR® ceramic which brings the necessary weight to theextraction of the fat for the realization of the foie gras.

    The thin handles of the terrine mold make it easy to handle, even when hot. Its attractive design and festive colors will enhance the preparations at the time of serving.
