16 cm round ceramic tureen - Emile Henry

Terrine for pâtés Emile Henry.

Its large capacity of 1200mL allows to prepare delicious terrines in the oven or in the bain-marie for 4 to 6 people. You can also make gratins, onion soups, soufflés... for 1 to 2 people.

This round terrine is made of HR® (High Resistance) ceramic which allows the heat to be spread evenly. Its quality means that it can go from cold to oven without fear of thermal shocks.

The two curved handles offer an intuitive and pleasant grip. Its design and its pretty honey brown color allow to sublimate the preparations at the time of the service.
