The purchaser has a period of 30 clear days from the delivery of his order which will be refunded against return of the products delivered. The buyer must return the goods in their original condition and packaging. The return of the goods is at the expense, risk and peril of the buyer (it is therefore advisable to declare the value of the goods and to take out insurance covering these risks). However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following reasons
- products of supply of goods made according to the specifications of the customer or clearly personalized, such as in particular the parts assembled with the request of the purchaser or particular inscriptions on the products.
- Perishable products with an expiration date. In all cases, no right of withdrawal is possible when the Product has been used by the buyer.
