It takes you step by step through the fermentation process. Fermented foods are naturally enriched with important vitamins and minerals and will give you good natural probiotics. The taste of a fermented vegetable is absolutely delicious, it is a taste that cannot be found anywhere else!
This fermentation set can be used for kimchi as well as for vegetables (sauerkraut, carrots, beet, radish, red cabbage...) or even fruits (lemons...).
