    Je cherchais une solution pour avoir une bonne qualité de confiture de cynorhodon et je n'ai pas été déçu: aucun poil et aucune graine ne passent! Seul bémol: un "rendement" peut-être un peu faible par rapport à la quantité de la récolte, car l'olive en bois ne presse pas très fort le tamis qui mériterait par ailleurs d'être un peu moins souple, du moins pour ce végétal-là.
    Toutefois, c'est le meilleur outil que j'aie trouvé jusqu'ici pour réaliser sans trop de contraintes cette délicieuse confiture.
