The tank of this food sterilizer is made of stainless steel which brings a pleasant lightness to the use. With a capacity of 37 liters, it can contain up to 12 Le Parfait 1L jars.
It is equipped with a pierced lid for the thermometer (sold separately) to control the temperature. The sterilizer also includes a central column and 6 galvanized steel spring hooks. The hooks are used to secure the jars of preserves to prevent them from colliding during the boiling process.
