To make delicious tomato sauces, simply cut the tomatoes roughly and place them in the funnel. The spring mechanism presses the tomatoes and separates the pulp from the fibrous residues (seeds, skin...). You will obtain a nice tomato coulis ready to be seasoned and put in jars!

For an optimal extraction, do not hesitate to pass the residues a second time in the tomato press.

This tomato press has been designed only for tomatoes.
