Non-stick perforated mold for 2 baguettes

This bread pan for baguettes is made of laminated steel with non-stick coating.

It allows you to make 2 homemade baguettes simultaneously, but can also be used to make almond or chocolate tiles.

Very easy to use, the perforations allow an homogeneous baking of the bread. The shape of this mold shapes baguettes that resemble those in bakeries.

Parchment paper is unnecessary, the non-stick coating prevents the bread from sticking to the pan. A successful dough should be elastic but not sticky.
If the dough still seems a bit wet, lightly oil the pan to ensure that it does not stick.
