Batch of 12 golden capsules of diameter 100mm.
The lid allows to maintain the capsule against the glass jar during the heat treatment (sterilization, pasteurization...). The air vacuum is thus created and the sealing of the jar is well in place. Once the jar has come back to room temperature, the lid is no longer useful and can be removed. The capsule remains until it is pierced to consume the contents of the jar! Therefore, it must be replaced at each heat treatment.
