    Set of 6 golden lids of 100mm diameter.

    The lid allows to maintain the capsule against the jar during the heat treatment (sterilization, pasteurization...). The air vacuum is thus created and the sealing of the jar is well in place. Once the jar has come back to room temperature, the lid is no longer useful and can be removed.
