Ideal for transferring and cutting pizzas, right out of the oven. Can also be used for flambé pies, quiches or cakes, but also to present cheese, cold cuts or to cut bread.

Bamboo has a very fast growth rate (up to 1 meter in 24 hours).

Locally produced, the straws are handmade in Indonesia. The bamboo is harvested by cutting invasive bamboo plants on farmers' properties (the bamboo does not come from agricultural bamboo fields!). This provides additional income for farmers who previously burned this invasive bamboo.

Length of 50 cm (including handle), diameter of the plate 35 cm and thickness 10 mm.
