Make 3 different kinds of pasta: tagliolini, tagliatelle and lasagna but also pappardelle or squares to form homemade ravioli thanks to the pasta roller. The thickness of the dough can be adjusted from 0.6 to 3 mm.
The stability of the pasta machine is ensured by an anti-slip base and a joint clamp compatible with supports up to 7 cm thick.

Facile d'utilisation, simple à entretenir et quel plaisir de faire ses propres pâtes ! Je l'ai aussi testé pour abaisser finement de la pâte pour faire des délices maison et je pense que ça sera également parfait pour préparer la pâte à gyoza : le résultat sera bien plus fin qu'au rouleau à pâtisserie !
