Packages are generally dispatched within one to two days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL or La Poste with tracking and drop-off without signature. The shipping costs include the preparation and packaging costs as well as the shipping costs. The shipping costs are fixed at CHF6.50, then CHF9.5 from 2kg, free from CHF200.00. We recommend you to group all your items in one order. We cannot always combine two separately placed orders and shipping charges will apply to each order once its status changes to 'In preparation'

Broken merchandise
