Made of HR®(High Resistance) enamelled ceramic, this mould is suitable for ovens up to 270°C, allowing a perfect and homogeneous baking of bread.

The curved lid regulates humidity to ensure a crisp crust and soft, airy crumb every time. Crossed grooves in the bottom of the pan prevent the dough from sticking, even with less firm dough. It is easy to store thanks to its flip-top lid, which fits perfectly into the pan and makes it compact. Dishwasher safe.
